HEALTHY HEART & HEART FRIENDLY TIPS

A healthy heart is a heart that is free from heart diseases.A heart that is normal to be able to perform its functions without stress.
The things we eat plays a vital role in making our heart healthy and functional.The food you eat either mars or make your heart.

Some food are heart friendly while some are not.One need to know which food substance is friendly to my heart and the ones that are not.
A healthy heart gives way to a healthy living with its attendant long life which is the dream of all humans.

The healthier the heart,the longer the life.You need certain precaution to safe guard you heart which is your life.Life is but one,without a duplicate,it needs to be protected.

HEART ENEMY FOODS
The following food substances can be said to be detrimental to the human heart.They are as follows:

FAT & OIL-Do you know that fatty food substances are enemy to your heart?Know it now and better take from me.All manner of fried foods are not so good to your heart. Beware!

Accumulation of fat in your blood vessels(artery)hinders free flow and circulation of blood to other parts and component of the body.So its like the heart pumps the blood,the fat hinders the flow.

CANNED FOODS,that is processed and packaged foods are not good either.

RED MEAT is dangerous also,it is not heart friendly.

HEART FRIENDLY FOODS

I mean foods that makes for a healthy heart.They include:

*Fruits and vegetables
*Non fatty yogurt
*Lean meats like round,loin,breast,etc.
*Fish-as much as possible,fresh or dry.
*Sea foods-crabs,oyster,etc.
*Poultry-chickens and turkey.To be eaten roasted,boiled,steamed or baked.
*Whole grains and cereals are highly recommended.Whole wheat.

Watch your eating habit a great deal in order to protect yor heart,hence your life.
