SIMPLE & COMMON TIPS ON PERSONAL HYGIENE
BATHING;Two to three times daily shower is a must for every humans.
TEETH;Brushing and flossing the teeth every morning and evening as well as after each meal is a plus in the study of hygiene.
HANDS;Washing of hands before and after meal and love play is in order.After waste disposal and passing out waste from the body it is always adviseable that the hands be washed.Dont keep long fingers to avoid harbouring infectous agents.
FEET;The human foot should not be left uncovered especially outside the home.The practice of walking about on bare foot should be discouraged as it is unhygienic.Keep your nails short and neat.
FOOD;Poor and dirty cooking environment can lead to food contamination and disease transmission.Keep all cooking utencils clean wash with clean water.All food materials should be properly wash before cooking them.Raw food like fruits and vegetables are to be wash before eating to guard against infection.
Ensure that storage facilities are clean.Kitchen utencils should be sterilized periodically.
Good waste management system should be put in place to avoid recycling of used food cans.
To keep your hair neat and odour free,always use anti dandruff and anti bacterial shampoo while washing.
Dont cultivate the habit of spitting publiclly especially in front of others.
While coughing or sneezing,learn to cover your mouth and to say "excuse me" thereafter.
The use of suitable deodorant is also recommended for anti perspiratory purposes.
